24/7 Response service

The Loneworker Companion service comes with an optional facility to have alerts and distress calls sent to a 24/7 emergency response service.

This service is provided by an approved Panztel partner, allowing the service to be purchased as a packaged solution.

Emergency calls are handled 24/7, 365 days a year by a team of specialist operators at a dedicated emergency response centre

In the UK our response centre has authority to alert the emergency services nationwide and can provide them with details of the incident including recordings.

Location Techniques

State of the art on-screen mapping enables operators to pinpoint the worker's location for use by the emergency services or colleagues.

Both GPS and standard phones are supported. If GPS enabled smart phones are used, up to 5 metre accuracy can be achieved. With simple non-GPS phones the location is verified using alert recordings network cell location and triangulation.

Specialist emergency response centre

Specialist operators are highly experienced in handling sensitive situations. Several are ambulance trained. Once they receive an SOS call they will take the appropriate action and stay on-the-line until the issue has been resolved.

Audio recordings are made of all incidents, providing an invaluable record that can emphatically substantiate any written report.
